• Anzahlung:
Bei Reservierungen, die 2 Monate oder länger vor der Ankunft ausgeführt werden, ist eine Anzahlung von 25 % zu leisten. Der Restbetrag ist bei der Ankunft fällig.
Bei Reservierungen, die weniger als 2 Monate vor der Ankunft ausgeführt werden, ist der Gesamtmietpreis sofort fällig.

• Die in den Vertragsbedingungen angegebene, maximale Anzahl von Hausbewohnern darf nicht überschritten werden, außer wenn eine schriftliche Einwilligung des Eigentümers hierfür vorliegt. Nichtbeachtungen führen zu Platzverweis.

• Übergabeprotokoll:
Ein Übergabeprotokoll wird bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise erstellt.

• Kaution:
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000 € ist bei der Ankunft fällig und wird nach der Abreise abzüglich der Kosten für eventuelle Reparaturen bzw. die Rückversetzung in den ursprünglichen Zustand zurückgezahlt. In solchen Fälle erfolgt die Rückzahlung der Restkaution zu einem späteren Datum.

- Vorzeitige Abreise: Wenn der Mieter ohne Verschulden des Eigentümers seinen Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet, hat er keinen Anspruch auf Rückzahlung, abgesehen von der Kaution, die wie oben beschrieben zurückgezahlt wird.

• Stornierungen: Stornierungen müssen per Einschreiben oder E-Mail übermittelt werden. Da die Anzahlung der Miete bei der Reservierung eine verbindliche Zusage darstellt, wird die Vertragspartei, die die Stornierung ausführt, die andere in der Gesamthöhe des eventuell verursachten Schadens entschädigen.

• Beginn des Mietverhältnisses: Im Allgemeinen beginnt das Mietverhältnis samstags zwischen 16 und 20 Uhr.

• Ende des Mietverhältnisses: vor 10 Uhr.

• Im Mietpreis eingeschlossen sind:
- unbeschränkter Internet-Breitbandanschluss. Ihr PC sollte hierfür mit einer WiFi-Karte ausgerüstet sein.
- kostenlose Telefongespräche zu mehr als 40 Destinationen + Ortsgespräche und Anrufe innerhalb Frankreichs
- Wasser
- Gas für die Beheizung des Kontaktgrills
- Kinderbett, Sicherheitssperre, Kinderstuhl
- Bettdecken, Kopfkissen, Küchenwäsche, Tischtücher, Tischservietten

Zusätzliche Kosten werden in Peyrazet vor der Abreise beglichen:
- Kaminholz
- eventuelle Kosten für die Klimatisierung des Hauses

- Reinigung während oder nach dem Aufenthalt

• Aus Respekt gegenüber den Gästen, die das Haus nach Ihnen bewohnen, ist das Rauchen im Haus nicht erlaubt.

Ausländische Mieter können die Zahlung nur per Banküberweisung vornehmen (Überweisungskosten werden geteilt). Die Reservierung tritt bei Erhalt der Überweisung in Kraft.

• Down Payment: For reservations 2 months before the rental date, a down payment of 25% of the price of the rental will be required, with payment of the balance on arrival. For reservations less than 2 months before the rental date, the entirety of the rental amount will be requested.

• The maximum number of people on site, as indicated in the proposed conditions (unless agreed to in writing beforehand by the owner), must be strictly complied with and is subject to exclusion.

• Inventory: A verification of the premises and an inventory will be established upon arrival and departure.

• Guarantee: A deposit in the amount of _1,000 will be required upon arrival and will be returned after deducting the cost to return the premises to their original state in the case of damage, in which case the amount will be adjusted at a later time.

• Stay Termination: should the tenant terminate the stay early for reasons for which the owner is not responsible, no reimbursement will be effected except the down payment, pursuant to the conditions above.
